Tuesday 07, Apr 2020

The IAEA continues to join forces with partner professional organizations to support colleagues in dealing with this unprecedented health crisis.

Join us for the third session of ESR Connect Special Reports dedicated to supporting the imaging community and addressing questions and challenges during the current COVID-19 pandemic.

This session is brought to you by the European Society of Radiology (ESR) in collaboration with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and the International Society of Radiology (ISR).

This special report features two renowned chest radiologists from France and Spain, who will share their unique country perspectives and focus on practical imaging equipment issues and recommendations on how to maintain radiology services in terms of equipment and operation for non-COVID patients during the pandemic.

It is a great pleasure to welcome Dr. May Abdel-Wahab, Director of the IAEA's Division of Human Health, who will provide the introductory statement and set the scene for this important discussion.

Marcelo Sanchez Gonzalez

Hosted by ESR Second Vice-President Dr. Adrian Brady from Cork, Ireland, who will facilitate an exciting Q&A segment, providing our virtual audience with the opportunity to ask questions that may not have been addressed in previous sessions.
